3g (1tsp) Salt

25g (2.5tbsp) Sugar

4g (2tsp) Instant dry yeast

Each one is coated with flour

120ml warm milk

35g Butter at room temperature

Ferment in a warm place until it grows 2~3 times larger (30~35℃)

There is work to be done during fermentation

3tbsp Cooking oil
